rest_framework swagger has been deprecated with
with recommendation to use drf-yasg to produce the
API page.

The package also allows to generate openapi spec
files to be rendered by sphinx which will be used
to generate a more up to date version of the API
documentation.

Now Docker is used with all the parameters it allows to set when
running a container.

[ui/doc] added link to supervisor registration and updated documentation faq on supervisor registration
