ResNet was ununsed and non functional in deepdraw, there is no need to
port it over.

Some features have been commented out to have some basic code working,
notably support for multiple annotators.
This current code *runs* but results need to be checked and
refactoring/cleanup is necessary.

Some failing pre-commit checks have been ignored for now

Make code and tests flexible to the use of a pre-processed Montgomery dataset to speed-up testing where possible (closes #74)
