Since lightning 2.1.0, the error "The classmethod `Pasa.load_from_checkpoint`
cannot be called on an instance." was returned when this method was called,
making the tests fail.

Relevance analysis has been moved out of predict.py and into a separate
script. It is not currently functional.

Some DensenetRS-specific code has been removed from predictor.py, it
will have to be re-added directly inside the forward of the DensenetRS model.
