Adding annotations-related wrappers

Adds an annotated Sample wrapper that wraps an annotator, feeding it sample.data and storing the resulting annotations in sample.annotations.

Also adds an annotations Checkpoint wrapper that saves and loads a sample.annotations to the disk.
