Handling preprocessor/extractor failures

Currently, I couldn't find a clean way to handle preprocessor or extractor failures in the pipelines. What is the best way to emulate the --allow-missing-files flag in the previous spoof.py in bob9?. This is a blocking issue in porting some of the examples from previous bob version.
