Add BRSU

Hi @ageorge and @amohammadi,

I just modified some stuff to add the BRSU database here (note that bob.db.brsu is not public yet, but will be soon). Also, I took advantage of this to correct the tests for the aggregated_db used by Olegs (i.e. just adding the db_available decorator).

Could you please have a look ?
