Port new CI
I'm about to submit something and some work is necessary in this package.
Follow below a small list that I'll tackle in the next few days. Fell free to add stuff.

Port to the new CI -
Remove legacy code (trainers, data shufflers, layers that are already part of TF, analysers, initialization, some losses) -
Sphinx document it (there's nothing w.r.t the new stuff) -
Make it public -
Publish it in our channel -
Nightlies

Update the readme based on templates -
Add it to bob/docsandbob/bob
