Triplets

We need to implement:

• Mechanism to batch triplets
• Estimator to train triplet networks
• Mechanism to Online batch triplets like here (https://gitlab.idiap.ch/bob/bob.learn.tensorflow/blob/master/bob/learn/tensorflow/datashuffler/TripletWithFastSelectionDisk.py)
