Corrected the external link to FaceNet model

Pavel KORSHUNOV requested to merge newlink into master

If someone from outside Idiap is trying to use FaceNet model, it would not download it, since downloading from google drive requires cookies now. So, the link is replaced to the one on Dropbox.
