Remove bob.io.image dependency and depend on bob.io.stream wrappers for image format changing methods

Bugfix: deepcopy the default camera in set_camera so that all streams don't share the same object...

The new behavior is to set the camera to the stereo camera metadatum in
all cases, and IF a source is provided, set the camera parameters to the
values in the source.

This is done by setting a attribute to the instance, that is read during
the stream reset method (which is called by set_source). If the attribut
exists, then the set_camera method is called by reset. This ensure that
set_camera is only called if it was explicitely called before by user,
but only effectively loads the camera once a source is set.
