Removed the -T hack from gabor_graph

This MR and this one bob.bio.base!196 (merged)

Fixes removes the -T option. If you want to checkpoint to work, just do --checkpoint. The checkpoints will be saved in the directory set in -o

LGBPHS algorithm should work now.
