Set of click commands for bio base

Made changes according to the modifications of the bob.measure base class (more generic implementation)

Add options for axis labels, modifications accoding to the move of click options to bob.extension, print assert outputs for tests

Add sort option (sorts return pos/neg scores) in the split function
