Cleanup url prefix use in search

Samuel GAIST requested to merge 558_search_cleanup_url_prefix into django3_migration

This merge request fixes the URL generation in the emails sent when a leadboard changes or is deleted.

It also fixes the sending of email on leadboard deletion and add tests for the email related functionality.
