Remote experiment execution handling

Samuel GAIST requested to merge 62_remote_experiment_execution into master

This merge request implements the necessary commands to allow starting, stopping and monitoring of an experiment on the platform.

This is one of the first step towards the long term goal of making beat/beat.editor> the central point of the platform usage.
