[py] Updated the use of matplotlib

Hello,

J'ai jeté un petit coup d'oeil sur les codes Python et C++. Pas grand chose à dire, excepté que lorsqu'on veut ajouter un point sur un plot avec matplotlib on employe la fonction scatter et pas plot.
