adding saving/loading feature to loader class

Samuel MICHEL requested to merge loader_fix_save_test into main
  • check-pointing preprocessing if preprocessing path of the database exist
  • fix MASS dataset (do not load ECG) as it creates sampling frequency errors (load it separately if needed)
  • default protocol of MASS dataset are resampled at 100 Hz
  • fix crop wake time transform
  • add test for dataset and loading/saving of preprocess data
