Add the torch pipeline

• copy and adapt predictor and trainer for torch model
• adapt train,predict,analyze and experiment script to be compatible with either scikit and torch pipeline
• add documentation and tests
• fix resampling process and transform (RawToEpochs)
• add resources, summary, model checkpointer
• add saving and loading prediction in hdf5 format for torch and scikit pipeline
