change protocols and add validation set with new packaging rebase

  • protocols rewrite => patients have been assign randomly to a set
  • adding a validation set
  • in configuration dataset remove concatenation in one subset => one key per subset
  • adapt the tests for the new protocols
  • adding a test if csv or excel is not accessible
