change protocols and add validation set

Samuel MICHEL requested to merge add/change_dataset_configs into master
  • protocols rewrite => patients have been assign randomly to a set
  • adding a validation set
  • in configuration dataset remove concatenation in one subset => one key per subset
  • adapt the tests for the new protocols
