Update dependence to lightning (closes #61)

This MR is built on updated dev-profile dependence stack containing lightning=2.2.0, which should fix issue #61 (closed).

It also streamlines the dependence stack to:

• Remove numpydoc from the runtime dependencies
• Formalize dependencies on Idiap maintained packages a bit better
