Adding "pytest" to the software stack of bob-devel

Given nose has not been maintained for at least 5 years, I guess it would be good to insert an alternative here.

Just to be clear, I'm not proposing to deprecate nose, just to have something a bit more modern available.

@amohammadi: any show stoppers?
