Updated configs for bob.io.stream

@heusch This is a hackish way to make it work with the refactored bob.io.stream, and the preprocessed images looks identical.

Looks hackish indeed ;) Anyway, thanks for that and good to know that preprocessed images looks identical. I'll let you manage that once the API for bob.io.stream will be done and when you finally decide on what to distribute !
