Integrating experiments with scface and multipie

I'm slowly creating customized CLI commands for the frice2 paper. Hence, repeatability is easier. For instance bob bio frice2 experiments scface will trigger experiments with SCFace database.

About the baselines, I'm automatically setting experiments with all baselines I think it's relevant. We can discuss a subset of them in the paper (maybe the ones Dominic set) and release the scores for all the rest of of them.

Furthermore, I would like to add experiments with open-set protocols of IJB-C. So, we can write a nice take away message about the open challenges in FR research (open-set and at a distance).
