Use https base addresses to avoid intersphinx warnings, add new sources

This MR enforces the use of https addresses for all intersphinx sources predefined in bob.extension.utils. This removes some of the (non-fatal) warnings we observe while building documentation. It also add new sources for intersphinx:

  • PIL -> pillow
  • pandas
