[ci] made docs to be build on macosx

This fixed the problem with unavailable fonts on the docs packages. It changes the receipt for the docs packages to build on the mac instead of the linux machine, since build on linux is done on a very bare docker image that includes no fonts.

Bob's docs must be built on linux

why? The issue with the linux builds is that graphwiz needs some fonts to render some images and such fonts are not available in the base image.

We would need to either add a line in the recipe installing some base fonts or change the builds to another platform that works.

we have packages that are linux only

Since it is necessary to build on the linux I took the other approach and installed some base fonts on the docker image (see !70 (merged)) that solved the problem with praphviz on the beat documentation.
