Fixes recursive directory upload with checksumming

This MR:

• Closes #94 (closed)
• Improves maintenance and checks for miniconda installer
• Updates the miniconda.sh installer checksum for forgotten architectures (installer was redownloading on every iteration!)
• Makes macOS-arm64 an essential architecture once more
