Documentation updates; Buildout and Nose deprecation

This MR adds the following:

1. Fixes README.rst to point to the correct user guides
2. Improves the installation guide by removing the hint to install bdt elsewhere that is not base
3. Fixes some badly formatted strings
4. Removes any mention of nosetests and nose from user guide
5. Removes all traces of zc.buildout from development instructions
