Add linux tag for beat docker packages

Samuel GAIST requested to merge tag_linux_builds into master

The reconfiguration of the runners made it so that the Linux specific build templates have become underspecified and thus these could now be sent to macOS machines.

Therefore add the linux tag so that these build steps are correctly sent to a Linux runner.
