Gitlab build badges are broken in readme files

Gitlab's badge behavior has changed. We need to update badges in all readme files and also in templates provided here.

How is that changed? Can you point to changes that need to be made across all packages?

All packages in nightlies for bob and beat, plus beat/beat.web> and bob/bob.pipelines> are fixed.

I also implemented some special badges on bob/bob.nightlies>, bob/docs> and beat/beat.nightlies> and beat/docs>.

For any other package, update bdt locally, and then run bdt gitlab badges -vv <group>/<package> to update README and project badges.
