Fixing the database creation. Issue #2

Basically I compressed the xml files and shipped with the database.

In the --create, if the --list-directory is a tar.gz file (I set it by default), the script will uncompress it and do the magic of the database creation.

I updated the documentation too.

Tell me if this is sufficient

The package is not building because we don't have the CI today.
