3DFV and multiple fixes

  1. Improved Miura Matching
  2. Revamped preprocessor
  3. Fixed Maximum Curvature
  4. Use configuration files for all settings
  5. Adaptations to the new bob.bio.base interfaces
  6. New database support: 3D fingervein
