New baselines

Added 2 baselines.

  1. Resnet101 that I've trained with TF2 few months ago entry point resnet101-msceleb-arcface-20210521
  2. iResnet100 trained with the ElasticFace: Elastic Margin Loss for Deep Face Recognition entry-point iresnet100-elastic

Follow a quick test with the ijbc_test4_g1. One of the hardest open-set evaluation we have.
