FRGC fixes

  • Add entry points for experiments 1, 2 and 4 from FRGC
  • Update the CSV files to include file extension directly in the PATH
  • Swap X-Y annotations which were wrong
  • Swap leye and reye for ~50 images which were wrongly annotated
  • Fix 2.0.2 protocol for which probe templates were incorrect
  • Fix protocols list (2.0.3 -> 2.0.4)
