Shall we archive this project?

The last release of the CSU library is from 2012 http://www.cs.colostate.edu/facerec/index10.php

Moreover, this library has known issues with Pillow #1 (closed) and it is not in the nightlies

I agree to archive this package, although this would make it more difficult to re-run the experiments from some of our papers. But these rely on older versions of bob, anyways.
