Resolve "ZT files are processed even when no ZT processing is wanted"

Closes #67 (closed)

Now, the files for ZT score normalization are only processed when they are required.

@mguenther could you add some test cases as well, please?

Whew. I thought about this, but I am not sure how to define a unit-test for that. The only thing I could add is a test case to run a full experiment where no ZT score normalization is wanted.

@amohammadi What do you think, would that be enough?
