meta (conda): fix the entry-points not being created correctly with conda

When installing the package with conda, the entry points are not found, leading to the commands being broken and the CLI config "shortcuts" not working.

Turns out it was "just" because bob.extension was installed in the same environment, messing up the entry-points. I don't think there is a way to prevent installation if bob.extension is present.

However, the tests are not a bad idea to keep, just in case.
