Config variables which are not lower case are reported
It seems uncoventional to me that any variable in lower case that is not a valid option issues a warning when scanning config files. Python has a standard for "visibility": if a variable starts with _
(underscore), then it is considered private. I wonder if we should not "respect" this here instead of pushing for an upper-case standard.
