script/fusion_llr.py does not get installed with setuptools

Actually, that was on purpose -- AFAIR the script isn't ready and tested yet. Anyways, I wasn't working on that script. Anyways, in principle it should work, so adding it might be reasonable. Maybe I (or someone else) can add a test case later.
