Modified experiments.rst to add overview on biometric verification + illustration on verification experiment framework

Implemented command line option to properly handle files for which the preprocessing fails -- resulting scores will be NaN

Added and corrected tons of documentation; fixed issues with compressed score file IO; small corrections
