Update to anaconda 4.3.0, remove virtualenv

The script does not work on Linux yet. Please report back any issues you see with the new version of script since it's not tested.

Everything seems to be working on the OS X side - @amohammadi: could you please confirm we can merge this? (don't do it, let me re-install the CI machines first.)

If it works on Linux too, please go ahead.

I don't know - I only checked it on OS X. Have you used it before?

Could you please install it on our Linux machine in an staging env to see nightlies will be green on Linux too

We've got this problem under linux:

UnsatisfiableError: The following specifications were found to be in conflict:
  - anaconda 4.3.0*
  - opencv 3*

@andre.anjos I suggest we go ahead and update mac only to anaconda 4.3.0 till packages for linux are released too. I am not willing to maintain already maintained packaged from the defaults channel.
