Bob 5 - Change log

People, it is time to have a release. 2 days with green nightlies :-)

Thanks everyone for the bug fixes.

In this MR we have the automatic generated change log. I would like to ask you to look at the change logs from the packages that you maintain (or the ones that you care the most) and review them (add stuff, remove redundancies, make more human readable....)
