Temporarily suppressed bounding-box testing from TBX11k

I temporarily suppressed bounding-box unit testing for TBX11k out of time. To be implemented:

1. if patient has active or latent tb, then has to have 1 or more bounding boxes with the adequate labels (0 for latent, 1 for active). all bounding boxes should have the same label for a given sample.
2. if patient does not have active or latent tb, there should be no bounding boxes
3. bounding boxes must be within image (512 x 512 pixels)
