WIP: aranging the documentaion adding new sections to general beat documentation.

Based on our discussion about documentation we decided to have a general beat introduction that includes most of the information originally mentioned in beat.core package and arrange it in a way to go along with our new system with local beat and beat editor.

I copied some of the files form beat.core package here and I added a new installation instruction.
