[Report] documentation + publication date + warning on experiment deletion

Reports have now the current features:

  • It is possible to document (short/long description) and save these changes (serializers and API have been modified)
  • possible only in editable mode for the user
  • When clicked on publication of a report, the date is added to publication date and saved in the report
  • A better warning is shown to tell users to be careful when deleting an experiment from a report (in order to avoid loss of modifications)
  • Updated tests
