[Reports] added possibilty to create/delete reports and add experiments from anywhere

The report has now the possibilty to:

  • create new report
  • delete a report
  • add experiments from anywhere

Patched search utils

  • inconsistent utils using "label" instead of "name" but not tested so all was ok with the tests but not the interface. This is patched now
