Add expiration date and procedure and manual procedure to help users interact with account emails holding a temporary URL

Flavio TARSETTI requested to merge 585_fix_emails_temp_url_expiration_date_complete_procedure into master

On specific emails that target users accounts, temporary URLs were used to simplify the a user action.

However the expiration date of the temporay URL is not mentioned and an alternative procedure is not present to help the user realize manually the required operation.

This MR proposes to fix this by adding those information.
