Display lists for the users and teams having access to a contribution

Related to issue #274 (closed). It might be enough to close it: on each contribution page, the author can see the list of all the users and teams he shared the contribution with, and the wording of the sharing dialog was slightly modified to make it clearer that it can only add access rights, and not remove them.
