Migration to Django 1.7

Given that the version we're currently using of Django (1.5) is marked as insecure by their developers, I'd suggest we take this bug as soon as possible.

Migration was performed and the system seems to work w/o problems after changes. Test units and basic web tests were performed.

The deployment at beat.deploy versions have been updated to the minimum required.
