This merge request adds the Protocol Templates as well as V2 version of all Databases except biosecureid_face which has been deprecated and removed from the platform.
The generation of the protocol templates as well as databases has been done using the migrate_db_to_v2 found in beat/beat.core> but the version provided by beat.core!134 (merged).
Tests databases are covered as well.
Some test experiments have been added to use the V2 version of the test databases to ensure that the system is still running properly for both versions.
