Database update - putvein/2, biowave/1

Teodors EGLITIS requested to merge vein-update into master

Hi, Please merge these changes. The changes include:

  • new version for the bob.db.putvein --putvein/2, that introduces new protocols. All necessary information can be found in the documentation.
  • first time implementation of the bob.db.biowave_v1 -- biowave/1.
